Serves 2-4

2 ripe Haas avocados
2 cloves garlic, minced
Juice of one lime
2 Tablespoons prepared salsa
A few dashes of Cholula or other hot sauce
2 Tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
1/2 teaspoon salt, or more to taste

Cut the avocados in half lengthwise and carefully remove the pits. Scoop out the flesh and mash it with a fork in a bowl.  Add all of the other ingredients and combine.  Serve with tortilla chips, tacos, burritos, chicken tortilla soup…the possiblities are endless!
